  The sun bathes through the trees…like a fog drifting in from a rain. The sheer beauty of the golden hues of light mingle with the dancing fairies on the leaf covered ground. The trees almost bow in the magnificence of the light. I saw you there standing…leaves were the velvet for you to walk upon, the trees were your knights ready for battle. Yet, they stood at attention to your brilliance. Only the sun radiated around you as a crown and robe would in ancient times. Here, in this place, time is ancient. It has stood still for this moment. This moment when the world froze for us. It’s as if the entire of nature has paused to gaze at the miracle of you and I. I thought we were shimmering and we are, but only due to the golden light that bathes us as we dance amongst the trees. The dazzling mist seems to rise from the velvety leaves as the sun shimmers in its glory. I no longer see your feet, but feel your strength surrounding me. As the golden light emanates the dense forest, we become one beneath the tranquil, guarding trees. In this light, you glow as my king and I melt under your touch. We shall reform and dance this dance that is older than time until time is no more. For you are my king and I am your queen. Flowers are my crown and the golden light is yours. Take me again, the touch of your skin is better than silk. The feel of your breath on my body better than a warm breeze in the cool gloaming.  Your love more potent than opium, stronger than diamonds. With you I need nothing more…just more of you. Fill me to overflowing with your love. I want to feel your need for me as I fulfill you. Love me among the leaves, allow the trees to be our canopy. I need nothing more than the beauty of nature surrounding me with you. For you to me are every mystical sunrise and sunset. You are the beat within my heart. Feel it beat against you. I’m watching French Kiss with Meg Ryan and Kevin Kline…one of my favorites (I am SUCH a girl). And as I watch, I’m thinking about all of you wonderful people...so many are hurting and questioning.As I’m watching and thinking…if you know nothing about the movie…it’s about a woman that gets dumped by her fiancé, so she goes to France to get him back…anyway…back to me :)I started thinking about how when a person begins to ‘come into his/her own’…to find what makes them happy, they begin to put off this aura of confidence, they walk in more comfort…and it’s enticing. There is no game that needs to be played, they can simply be who they were made to be…they can walk and know that when they come in contact with someone it’s easy, fun, exciting…because they are comfortable and aren’t looking for something/someone to fix them.There was a time that I couldn’t be comfortable with friends…only alone, then came the time that I was comfortable with my friends, now…I’m comfortable with the world. I know who I am and I love me. I enjoy every day as if it were some amazing miraculous gift…which it is. Once you begin seeing it that way…every person becomes another gift and they begin to see you as something mysterious, exhilarating and lovely.You have to be comfortable in your own skin. Comfortable with who you are…if you need to change some things, DO IT! FOR YOU! I work out twice a day…on weight training days, I lift and then go back for cardio…on cardio days… I hit it twice. Do I do this for someone else? HELL NO! I do it because I like the way I feel, I like watching my body change. Am I content with the shape yet? No…but I know I still look hot! It’s a process and one I enjoy. I write…it allows me to let my creativity flow…as well as doing my photography. These things don’t define me, but they are part of me.I also push my comfort zone...otherwise you become complacent. GET OUT! In this movie...she's terrified of flying and hates the French (God help her), but goes outside her zone and finds everything she ever wanted...finds herself.What is it that makes you happy? What makes you sad? Who are you and what do you want to do? What do you need to do to be comfortable with you? Do you like playing games or being natural?This video clip is one of my faves from the movie…it’s SO me! I am natural…I am who I am. I make no apologies for it. And since I have settled into me…I’m happier and it shows! I have no need for attention or validation…but I get it constantly.
