Ok this gonna be a pretty short blog post due to the fact I'm typing it on my lunch break... First a background I'm an elementary school PE teacher in Tampa Florida. Every Year I do a fundraiser at my school for the American Heart Association called "Jump Rope For Heart"(some of you might remember it from your elementary days).
