This early week I found my feet back in the high lands of North Carolina. Strange story how I ended up back there 1 week after the maiden voyage, but nonetheless I did, and the universe led me that direction. It's funny, because there have been other moments in my life where this has happened; where I end up visiting a new place, loving it, and immediately find myself back there the next weekend. One would think it is a decision I make each time, but it's more like a mission being laid before me... without my coaxing. I just follow the signs.
I may have stumbled upon a place I will visit for the rest of my days. It is absolutely beautiful. It is healing in every sense of the word. The air tastes fresh. The winds blows a pleasing scent. The sounds are all of natural tone. The sights are like those from a dream. And you can't help but want to touch it all.
Some friends and I took a day long hike yesterday across the upper ridge of Whiteside Mountain, with a picnic in one hand, and a guitar strapped to my back; following our intuition on which paths would bear fruit. Actually... haha...I meant that figuratively, but the wild blackberries and blueberries we came across were delicious :)
Below are your tiny windows into my therapy session :)
Let's take a walk......

I feel better....how bout you? :)
